I suspect 98% of people screaming fraud from missing orders did in fact deliver to the wrong address. People with lots of order issues are just bad shoppers, nothing using insulated bags, picking poor quality produce orders expired items.What happened to you could happen to anyone. Like the other commenter mentioned this was likely not the shopper you saw on your account. It was likely a phishing scam where a scammer gained access to the shoppers account.
