Location of the fuse box.Jeep Mechanic: Frank@AutoPro. My first recommendation would be to inspect this fuse : Fuse #33 - 10A / TIPM / Engine compartment. If the fuse listed above test good and reads 12 volts, my next recommendation would be to inspect the starter signal at the starter motor connector.Turn the key to on where your dash symbols come on. You should hear a click, click, click sound. This is the fuel pump bringing up the fuel pressure to normal. Now turn the key to start and see if it fires right up. If it does start right away you have a fuel pressure problem. My son had your symptoms and it was the fuel pressure sensor ....
