Which makes the backhoe unusable on the L4701. It's really frustrating. Looking at the parts diagram BH4948 is the six spool control valve mounted on the backhoe. It is not a separate item. It has two hoses that connect the backhoe to the tractor and you need someplace on the tractor to plug them in.
